Conselium Compliance Search has just completed a search on behalf of Boston Scientific Corporation.  Mr. Zhongwei Tian will begin his role of Compliance Counsel November 1, 2011 at the company’s offices in Shanghai, China.

Mr. Tian’s Responsibilities include:

• Creating  policies and procedures that are tailored to the region
• Developing  compliance training content and delivery of training: both e-learning and face-to-face
• Reviewing  and conducting  investigations; monitoring the investigations assigned to others
• Researching and resolving matters pursuant to company policies to ensure that company personnel are aware of and in compliance with company policies and applicable laws and regulations

Mr. Tian was most recently Senior Associate Attorney with MWE China Law Firm.  Previous experience includes Prosecutor for Jiangsu Provincial People’s Procuratorate.
