Conselium, an executive search firm, has just completed a search on behalf of Boston Scientific Corporation. Ms. Vasiliki Christoforidou will begin her role of Senior Legal Counsel January 2, 2012 at the company’s offices in Dusseldorf, Germany.

Ms. Christoforidou’s Responsibilities include:

• Providing proactive legal advice to the sales and marketing functions, researching competition law, developing agreements, and reviewing product labeling and advertising in accordance with company policy
• Ensure alignment with Global and European strategy when structuring and negotiating commercial contracts with some of their key strategic and corporate account customers
• Responsible for driving key projects across the business to ensure that our business deals are commercially sound and legally compliant.
• Act as a true business partner to identify any opportunity to drive business forward and raise the knowledge of the business
• Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments.

Ms. Christoforidou was most recently a Senior Counsel with Toshiba.
