Associate Director Compliance First Year Focus:
- Conduct a risk assessment leading to a gap analysis
- Initiate implementing policies & procedures that address the gap analysis
- Participate in the implementation of a compliance monitoring program
Associate Director Compliance NA Responsibilities:
- Conduct annual risk assessment that leads to gap analysis
- Author and implement Polices & Procedures that address the gap analysis
- Provide compliance trainings to management & employees
- Conduct transparency reporting (Sunshine Act)
- Coordinate and/or perform compliance monitoring activities
- Oversee the follow up and resolution of any compliance investigations
- Identify and escalate any HIPPA issues to the Data Privacy Officer
- Work closely with key department leaders in the implementation of key compliance controls
Associate Director Compliance NA Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Relevant experience in Compliance within the Med Device, Biotech, Pharma industry or from Consulting
- Experience with transparency reporting (Sunshine Act)
- Experience in conducting risk assessments and gap analysis
- Experience in authoring and implementing Polices & Procedures
- Experience in the delivery of compliance training (in person & on-line)
- Sufficient exposure to HIPPA; enough to identify issues to escalate to the Data Privacy Officer
