We are representing a Global Med Device company that is the leader in their vertical. We have been in business 74 years: we have experienced 34% revenue growth and 25% employee growth the last 5 years. You will report to the Chief Compliance Officer.

Compliance Senior Manager First Year Focus:
• Conduct a risk assessment leading to a gap analysis
• Initiate implementing policies & procedures that address the gap analysis
• Participate in the implementation of a compliance monitoring program
Compliance Senior Manager Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on the development and implementation of Polices & Procedures that address the key risk areas of a compliance program
• Provide compliance trainings to management & employees
• Assist with transparency reporting (Sunshine Act)
• Coordinate and/or perform compliance monitoring activities
• Participate in the follow up and resolution of any compliance investigations
• Identify and escalate any HIPPA issues to the Data Privacy Officer
• Work closely with key department leaders in the implementation of key compliance controls
• Voting member on the Grants and Donations Committee
Compliance Senior Manager Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Relevant experience in Compliance within the Med Device, Biotech, Pharma industry, or consulting firm
• Experience in conducting risk assessments and gap analysis
• Experience in authoring and implementing Polices & Procedures
• Experience in the delivery of compliance training (in person & on-line)
• Experience in Monitoring against Compliance Policies and Procedures
• Proficient in the Anti-Kickback Statute, FCPA, FCA, Open Payments and transparency laws
• Nice to have – Experience with HIPAA and Data Privacy in the U.S.
