Candidates’ Most Wanted Qualities

What are you most eager to see in potential candidates?  Experience?  Drive?  A collaborative approach or an independent streak?  Entrepreneur magazine recently conducted a poll of thought leaders and professionals across multiple industries to determine what employers want from their talent.

Surprisingly, personality won out over skills; 78 percent of respondents ranked personality as their top-most desired trait, whereas only 39 percent of survey participants believed skills were of utmost importance.  See the infographic below for a further breakdown of the findings.
