There’s more to productivity than maintaining mental focus.  The configuration of your workspace can play a huge role in how well you work.  If your eyes are strained or you spend a good part of the day in unnatural positions (head cocked to hold a phone to your ear, for instance), you’re ripe for headaches and body aches that would slow anyone down.
