We are representing a high growth Biotechnology Leader that is experiencing 80% 4-year cumulative revenue growth and 50% 4-year cumulative employee growth. The Senior Manager Compliance Audit/Monitoring is one of several new hires to build out the compliance department.

Responsibilities of Senior Manager Compliance Audit & Monitoring:
• Elevate implementation of the 7 elements of a compliance program with primary focus on audit & monitoring
• Conduct annual compliance risk assessment and lead the development of mitigation plans
• Develop auditing and monitoring plans and overseeing the execution of these activities
• Conduct field ride-along, event, and speaker program monitoring
• Conduct due diligence on 3rd party relationships
• Prepare status and operational monitoring reports for senior management and Compliance Committees
• Review and critically analyze data to determine instances of suspected fraud, abuse, or non-compliance
• Process travel and expense reports and other financial applications as required
• Maintain current understanding of laws, regulations, and industry codes and help provide related internal education and training

Requirements of Senior Manager Compliance Audit & Monitoring:
• Bachelors’ degree required
• Experience in audit and monitoring within life sciences (Diagnostics, Medical Device, Pharma/Biotech)
• Experience in the conducting of risk assessments and the identification of remedial action plans.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and other regulations
• Ability to apply a risk-based analysis to compliance issues and demonstrate creativity and flexibility in developing solutions that satisfy both business requirements and legal obligations
