Human capital management firm Ceridian made their predictions earlier this year for a number of areas in which HR departments far and wide will be ramping up.  We’ve already seen several of these predictions come true so far this year – particularly number five.  Other tactics have been building in popularity over the years and have recently started to pick up steam.  Retention of top talent is more critical than ever, so it follows that companies are now putting more time and effort into effective training programs and are focusing on career development, grooming workers to step into more responsible roles.
