Conselium, an executive search firm, has completed a search on behalf of Hospira, Inc. Ms. Michelle Kern began her role of FDA Regulatory Senior Counsel on 10-1-2012 in their Lake Forest, IL offices.
Ms. Kern’s Responsibilities include:
- Providing legal services in the regulatory area supporting global Medical, Regulatory and Quality Affairs, Manufacturing, R&D, Compliance, and Sales & Marketing organizations.
- Advising clients on proactive measures with respect to both U.S. and int’l laws and regulations impacting the pharmaceutical and medical device industry, including product quality standards, and product development and filing requirements
Ms. Kern has previously been Pharma Counsel for Cephalon and Baxter International. Ms. Kern began her legal career with the law firm Gardner, Carton & Douglas. She obtained her JD at Northwestern University School of Law.
