Director Compliance Monitoring –expectations first 12 months:

  • Develop strategic monitoring plan that is both preventative and proactive
  • Start implementation of monitoring plan inclusive of gaining cross functional support of both operations and other corporate support functions

Director Compliance Monitoring Responsibilities:

  • Develop & implement compliance monitoring programs for US Commercial and Sales
  • Identify promotional practice and related risk areas by assessing the execution of existing compliance programs
  • Communicate with Business Partners on field-level activities to keep abreast of emerging issues at the regional level
  • Identify gaps in sales and marketing team training programs through monitoring activities
  • Develop of tools and resources to support the collection of data and analytics to support real-time monitoring
  • Partner with internal teams for the ongoing management, improvement and monitoring of compliance programs
  • Develop reports and presents findings for stakeholders
  • Stay abreast of changes to laws and regulations with healthcare compliance related to promotional activities

Director Compliance Monitoring Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree…advanced degree preferred
  • Industry experience: Prefer in-house experience in Biotech, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device company; receptive to professionals working in consulting who service life science companies
  • Technical experience: Must have demonstrated experience in building or enhancing a monitoring program…this includes the strategic and implementation components
  • Systems experience: Must have demonstrated experience in identifying systems enhancement opportunities and the working with internal/external resources to manage the delivery of new systems

Director Compliance Monitoring Relocation Policy:

  • Full relocation is provided by client
