We are in the process of reconstructing our compliance department and look to bring on a Global Compliance Senior Manager who will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer.

First Year’s Expectations:
- Participate with the CCO in an Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption risk assessment
- Establish a communication plan for the compliance department
- Promote awareness of the Ethics & Compliance program throughout the organization
Responsibilities of Global Compliance Senior Manager:
- Participate in the implementation of the ABAC risk assessment
- Coordinate and oversee any/and all FCPA investigations
- Monitor the effectiveness of policies and procedures (such as travel, gifts, entertainment)
- Design and implement a global E & C Communications plan
- Participate in development of compliance training materials
- Participate in regular reporting to senior management and the Board
Requirements of Global Compliance Senior Manager:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in the design and/or implementation of risk assessments
- Compliance experience with specific focus on FCPA
- Experiences required can be gained from in-house or consulting roles or both
- Energetic professional that is motivated to grow in knowledge and their career
