Global Compliance Senior Manager, Industry Leading Global Manufacturer, Chicago, Illinois

We are representing a Premier Global Manufacturing company experiencing 23% revenue growth the past 4 years.  We are a 70-year old public success story operating in over 100 countries.  We are in the process of reconstructing our compliance department and look to bring on a Global Compliance Senior Manager who will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer.

First Year’s Expectations:

  • Participate with the CCO in an Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption risk assessment
  • Establish a communication plan for the compliance department
  • Promote awareness of the Ethics & Compliance program throughout the organization

Responsibilities of Global Compliance Senior Manager:

  • Participate in the implementation of the ABAC risk assessment
  • Coordinate and oversee any/and all FCPA investigations
  • Monitor the effectiveness of policies and procedures (such as travel, gifts, entertainment)
  • Design and implement a global E & C Communications plan
  • Participate in development of compliance training materials
  • Participate in regular reporting to senior management and the Board

Requirements of Global Compliance Senior Manager:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in the design and/or implementation of risk assessments
  • Compliance experience with specific focus on FCPA
  • Experiences required can be gained from in-house or consulting roles or both
  • Energetic professional that is motivated to grow in knowledge and their career
