We are representing a premier biopharma that has over 25 years in changing lives of patients with the development of life saving orphan drugs. We are a Public Benefit Corporation currently experiencing 11.6% revenue growth. The position of Senior Director Compliance – Market Access will report directly to the Chief Compliance Officer. This is a newly created position to support the ongoing growth of our new product launches that will double revenues by 2025.

While the position may be remote, we have an office in Raleigh, N. Carolina and will pay all relocation costs for those that prefer to move.

First Year Focus:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive training program
• Develop and implement compliance policies/procedures

Responsibilities of Senior Director Compliance – Market Access Include:
• Serve as Compliance business partner and subject matter expert to the Strategic Operations and Patient Relations Department, which are responsible for Market Access related activities.
• Provide guidance and support to the Company’s Pricing and Market Access Committee, and serve on the governance committee
• Policy & Procedure development and review
• Training & Communication development and delivery (in-person and virtual)
• Monitoring & Auditing – Conduct live compliance monitoring and support back-end monitoring activities along with on-going measurement, tracking and reporting. Provide guidance and support for compliance audits focused on Strategic Operations and Patient Relations activities
• Investigation & Corrective Action – Develop, implement, and maintain robust corrective action processes, in collaboration with Human Resources and the Compliance Committee, to support continuous improvement and compliance policy adherence
• Risk Assessment – Responsible for risk mitigation activities (Risk Assessment and Mitigation Plan – “RAMP”)
Requirements of Senior Director Compliance – Market Access Include:
• Bachelor’s Degree; prefer advanced degree
• Experience in the life sciences industry (pharma, biotech, or med device) either in-house or as a consultant
• Experience in the design and implementation of compliance functions
• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory/compliance requirements: Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption, Anti-kickback Statute, False Claims Act, Sunshine Act, and other regulations

Relocation Policy for Those Wishing to move to Raleigh, N. Carolina:
• Full relocation provided by client…the timing of relocation is flexible
