Conselium, an executive search firm, has completed a search on behalf of West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc.  Ms. Susan Morris began her role of Senior Director Compliance on 11-12-2012 in their office in Lionville, Pennsylvania.

Ms. Morris’s Responsibilities include:

  • Covering all areas of compliance program development:  policy & procedures, trainings, investigations

  • First year expectations include:

    • Implementing Anti –Corruption program

    • Review and update of Policies & Procedures

    • Gap analysis

    • Development of standardized risk assessment template that can be utilized by regional business leaders

    • Redesign of company intranet compliance website

Ms. Morris was previously Compliance Counsel for CSL Behring, LLC.
