Leadership: Be Calm in the Storm

By September 4, 2013 No Comments

Some managers use negative language to lead: “if we don’t do…then we will not meet our goals.” This behavior of stressing out physically and showing anxiety/agitation is a big mistake, as your staff will respond in kind. When you are faced with a challenging situation at work, remain calm and confident so that you and your staff can be in the ideal performance state to meet the challenge.

After all, you are a corporate athlete.
