We are representing a Top U.S. Pharmaceutical Company established over 100 years ago. The position Regional Compliance Director will report to the VP of Compliance International Markets.

Regional Compliance Director Responsibilities:
• Lead Cluster Compliance Committees (CCC) to ensure that CCCs assess compliance risk and mitigation
• Function as an impactful member of the Management Team to ensure that compliance risk mitigation aspects are regular topics for discussion at management team-meetings
• Ensure implementation of local compliance SOPs, corporate policies and procedures, local compliance regulations (including industry code)
• Ensure compliance online and live training are conducted on timely basis
• Educate cluster management and regional compliance on identified compliance related risks and that compliance risk mitigation plan is in alignment
• Ensure that third parties have passed relevant Due Diligence processing
• Actively involve cluster management to leverage compliance messages and to maintain elevated level of compliance awareness.
• Advise cluster management on compliance related topics and compliance aspects of major initiatives, e.g., commercial model challenge, patient centricity and customer focus, recent technology application such as MCM, social media, etc.
• Follow trends in the business market and regulatory environment.
• Ensure implementation of Global Monitoring Project: timely and comprehensive activity risk-assessment, creation, and implementation of compliance monitoring plan
• Conduct self-assessments and regularly update cluster management and regional compliance on the status of the compliance program.

Regional Compliance Director Requirements:
• Education: University degree
• Language: Native Russian and Advanced English (verbal and written)
• Knowledge of international compliance issues gained from in-house experience in biotech, pharmaceutical or med device company
• Experience with corporate responsibility and with balancing global standards and local cultures
• Character to transform business-pressure into business-partnering
