We are representing an international pharmaceuticals company in their search for an Associate Director – Compliance Operations, based in New Jersey.

Expectations first 12 months:

  • Establish relationships and partnerships with compliance management team and other key internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Implement improved compliance processes and software and creating efficiencies around existing processes
  • Transition to operational stability for improved compliance processes and software

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementation and management of compliance operations functionality for US and international business units
  • Implement and manage day-to-to operations for the hiring of healthcare professionals including process development, software implementation, fair market value and lifecycle management
  • Implement and manage US transparency program with scalability to international coverage
  • Support policy and process development, updates and translations, along with necessary training and communications
  • Engaging with external healthcare professionals and addressing compliance operations

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • You must bring corporate operational compliance exposure from a pharmaceutical or biotech background
  • You must have a strong knowledge of US and international compliance regulations
  • Experience communicating with and presenting to stakeholders from a variety of functions and seniority levels outside of compliance
  • Experience working in a hands-on operational capacity
